Who am i ?
Hi, I am Sarah
Growing up between different countries with international parents, I learned early on to see the beauty in differences and to connect with people from all walks of life.
I’ve always been drawn to the depth of life and the radiance of the human spirit, something that eventually led me to complete my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal, and later receive my Ayurvedic Practitioner certification at the Alandi Ashram in Boulder.
Today, I bring these teachings together to help you understand yourself more deeply and move through life with greater balance, clarity, and harmony.
Why yoga therapy
As an HSP(highly sensitive person), I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by your own emotions, to feel everything so deeply it starts to shape your entire reality and feels like there is no way out.
What changed everything for me was learning that feelings alone aren’t enough. True balance comes from bringing together your heart, mind, and body, in Sanskrit it is called Yoga-Union. All three are equality important.
This is the work I now share with others: helping you understand yourself, find balance, and move through life with more ease awareness and peace.
Why Womens Events?
Growing up, I was the girl with a soccer ball in her hand—far from anything that felt “feminine.” I often dismissed women who embodied that energy, without realizing why.
Later, I learned about the idea of mirrors—that what we resist in others can reflect something within ourselves. That’s when I began to see that there was a part of me longing to reconnect with my own feminine side.
Through yoga, self-inquiry, and community, I discovered the power of that connection—and the strength that emerges when women come together.
Today, I create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the deeper wisdom they carry.
